rooms had poor light n no proper facilities in terms of furniture eg no chair or table at all .very uncomfortable stay

No free parking except night, but difficult to get lot

The location was good for us, both near the train station and walking distance to downtown attractions.

I was under the impression it was an apartment style hotel when I booked it, so my expectations were not met when we checked in to an average hostel. After a 12 hour train ride, there was also no one at the front desk to check us in. No daily housekeeping, and a hole in the bathroom sink which leaked water onto the floor.

The staff were friendly and helpful. The location was perfectly suited to our needs.

The kitchen was dirty, we killed 3 cockroaches while we were there and the bathroom was in poor condition and not clean

Close to centre of Auckland which was great. good facilities, comfy couches, well equipped apartments.

The location is not that good, it's about 10-15 min walk from the main street (Queen St) and I think they didn't clean my room while I was there for 4 days... Also there is no heater in the room..

It was really good to stay in a place that was reasonably close to town, the transport station and vector arena.

The windows did to block out any of the street noise.

The recepcionist never was at the reception what it's supposed to be his working place. There is not heating in the rooms and we also had a broken window so we said to the recepcionist and they never fixed it.

It was cheap. The bed was comfortable. The atmosphere was relaxed and homely due to the friendliness of other guests and the well laid out communal areas.

Reception was not friendly or welcoming. Four beds were arranged badly in a room that should have held three. People had to wait to use the toilet as it was in the same room as the shower. The place was rundown (ie bottom of bathroom door was rotten) and seemed neglected as though no money is ever spent on maintenance. Only four TV channels.

Its affordable, simple, yet has everything you need if you're on a budget. We stayed an additional night because of that.

The room is comfortable for me and my family,and really value for money.the staff also friendly and always there when we contacted them even out of office hour.
